Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Delivery times vary according to location, most items arrive 5-7 business days within the US and up to 21 days for international orders after receipt of your order. Delays may be experienced during peak seasons and public holidays.

If a package is delayed or lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you. However, Orris Perfumery is not responsible for reimbursement in the case of lost mail once the order has shipped.


Returns in unused condition are accepted within 30 days following the delivery of your order. We recommend purchasing samples with or before the purchase of full size bottles to insure satisfaction.

If a quality concern arises, such as damage during transportation or sprayer malfunction, please contact us at hello@orrisperfumery.com with photos and your order number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


For international shipments, please note that our delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

We are not able to ship to Japan at this time, but samples and full sizes of our scents are available through Orris Perfumery Japan.
